Practice Does Not Make Perfect

  Great Managers Are Made Not Born Practice Does Not Makes Perfect We have all heard the phrase, practice make perfect  Right? Not right.  We hear that advice in so many areas. But think about it. Does that make any real sense? I train speakers to be excellent, and what I hear when they come to me is, I was told to practice! Great! But it's like golfers who have a bad swing. If you keep practicing your bad swing what do you get? A bad golfer with an exceptional but still bad swing.  The first thing you have to do is learn the right way to do something.  Learn the right way to present your idea, to speak, to connect with your audience. Learn the right way to share a story and make Storytizing a huge part of your success.
